Emmanuel began his IT-related work as a computer technician, giving him a strong background in troubleshooting and problem solving. He is Proficient with EDI translators, EDI and FTP standards, ANSI X12 and XML using SSIS, Informatica, DataStage.
He also obtained certifications of completion at Fresno City College, specifically in these areas: Business Administration (Business Law); Business Management (Human Resources and Relations); Business Management (Human Relations and Communications); and Business Management (Management and Supervision).
He is able to work quickly and efficiently on any IT project that he manages. His problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box enable him to discover creative solutions for often perplexing situations. With his outstanding human relations ability, he set and managed clients’ expectations and communicated effectively with clients.

He has experience in many platforms such as Windows, LINUX and Mac OS X, proficient in data warehousing, data mapping, experience in developing and tuning ETL and business intelligence tools/platforms, Programming languages such as Python, SQL programming, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, CSS, XML, MySQL and SQL.
He has a good Communication and interpersonal Skills, team player and adept at learning new technologies. Profound Knowledge in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and strong Proficiency in relational database management Strong technical professional with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Computer and Information Systems from California State University-Fresno.
